Bodega la Flor Malbec (Argentina)

Gorgeously light and juicy Malbec with heaps of style. Fresh red fruits, light notes of violet and delicate flowers, accompanied by a whisper of vanilla thanks to oak ageing. On the palate, this is round, with remarkable structure and soft, gentle tannins. Liquorice and spice on the finish. 

The grapes come from both Finca La Zulema and Viñedos Don Antonio vineyards where the fertile, loose sediment soils allow for good drainage and deep roots. The grapes were harvested by hand. Aged in old French oak barrels for 4-6 months.

Pair this with steak and chimmichuri sauce or barbecue ribs. Also great with roasted mushrooms or spicy bean stews.
