Bargemone 'Bascule' Rouge (France)

This is a more wintry style of natural red wine which may just tickle your fancy!

It's made with 100% Syrah, providing generous blackberry and raspberry flavours. Also notice lovely notes of thyme & bay leaf. This wine is incredibly interesting, and VERY food-friendly, or 'gastronomic.'

The winemakers themselves suggest pairing this wine with 'Brousse du Rove' goat's cheese, malfadine pasta with pecorino, or octopus risotto. We think this wine also pairs perfectly with roast meats or grilled fish!
