Amber color. Intense and sophisticated bouquet, spicy notes of nutmeg, clove, light ginger, beeswax and caramel, hints of passion fruit and dried black figs. The palate is fresh and minty, with a firm and precise acidity that leads to a well-polished finish with tropical flavours. Excellent as a digestif, also pairs well with strong cheese.
