Gold Colour. The nose is a palette of sophisticate aromas, with a hint of discreet wood, apricot, anise, caramel and raisins. The mouth is smooth and very delicate, with layers of caramel and a precise citrus acidity. It finishes luscious and with a beautiful dryness. Excellent with rich fruit cakes and Christmas pudding.
