Amber colour. This Malvasia presents itself very elegantly on the nose, refined bouquet, semi-tropical aromas, hints of acacia, figs, and English cake. Structured and soft body, very fine acidity, the entire palate is enveloped by a plethora of flavours. Persistence in a very velvety finish. Excellent as a digestif, it pairs well with cheeses, English cake, foie gras, and chocolate.
