This Nebbiolo is one of Alpha Box and Dice's most renowned wines. Impressive acidity is balanced with floral and fruity notes. Aromas of tobacco and delicate rose petals are followed by aromatic Turkish delight and sandalwood flavours to finish.

“Though Nebbiolo sits well-steeped in classic winemaking tradition, tradition certainly doesn’t dictate its full potential. Pulled from the mists of Kuitpo Forest and Kenton Valley, this shimmering pearl gets an all-Australian reimagining in our 2021 Fog. Aged in seasoned barriques and casks, here extended maceration on skins leaves behind terracotta tannin that unfurls across the palate with great aplomb. This is a wine that is utterly delicious in its delicacy."

Alpha Box & Dice was formed in 2008 around a project to construct a different wine style to represent every letter of the alphabet.
