Adaras Lluvia (Spain)

A Spanish blend of Verdejo and Sauvignon Blanc, this is clean and fresh with wonderful aromatics. This awesome value organic bottle is one of our absolute favourites and has flavours of  tropical fruit and citrus. It's beautifully dry and a lovely example of a superbly refreshing Spanish white. ‘Lluvia’ means rainfall in Spanish, which is depicted in the funky, modern label. Great stuff!

The Adaras range are organic, vegan-friendly wines from the Almansa region in South-East Spain. Abundant water and excellent limestone soils, with a natural micro-climate and altitudes of 1200 metres encourage the creation of vineyards that can be farmed using ecological techniques that do not involve chemical treatments or additives.

A real crowd pleaser, this wine is lovely drunk on its own alongside great company, or pair with seafood, salads, or even Mexican cuisine.
