FRIDAY JULY 11th - FORK OF THE NORTH!

This is a fine wining, fine dining gastronomic experience with chef Marc Hough. 
A unique wine tasting experience, which will include a selection of specially-curated set dishes to match the delicious vino. There will be five wines, and five specially-paired food courses, for £75 per person. Both events are to be hosted by Cork of the North founder Marc Hough, who will be talking you through the wines and dishes, as well as being your chef for the evening. There are only TWO dates available - and just 26 places available for each event - so please book quickly if you’d like to join us.

with 'Patatas Marc-as', oak smoked alioli and tenderstem broccoli

FERNANDO DE CASTILLA CLASSIC PEDRO XIMENEZ
with warm Eccles cakes, and Cheddar cheese ice cream
